The Settle-Carlisle Railway passes through some of the north of England’s most dramatic and beautiful scenery. One of the best ways to appreciate it is to leave the train and explore the landscape on foot.
The walks for download here are based in the Ingleborough area of Yorkshire’s Three Peaks. They are linear walks, specially designed to make the most of the rail and bus connections, which allow you to access the Dales with no need for a car.
Routes from other parts of the line coming soon.
