Inspired by the much-loved railway posters of the 20th century, this poster has lovingly been created by local artist, Alan Gunston.  The image depicts a young family enjoying a picnic at Ribblehead viaduct and waving at a passing steam train.

The original painting medium is gouache, and the work took three months to complete.

Each full colour, A3 (29.7cms x 42 cms) poster is printed on 300gsm cream board and comes with a heavy quality backing board for protection and is contained within a clear cellophane, re-sealable artwork bag.
